Gibson
mini humbucker mounting ring, cream, early 70's. It has a glob of
ancient epoxy around the bottom of one of the mounting screw holes and
a little around the top of the same hole. No cracks but it looks
like a screw might have been pulled through the hole, then this epoxy
repair made. The repair is cosmetically noticeable up close but
appears to be structurally stable. Very good condition with a
cool aged patina! |

Interesting
pair of hand carved Gibson style humbucker rings. I took these
off a Les Paul some 20+ years ago, they look like oak and even have a
slight curve carved into the bottom of them. Unique! |

perfect
late 50's original nickel Gibson stop tailpiece, near
mint with just the vaguest shadow of a top wrap long ago. The
tailpiece weighs 1.1 oz. Throat
depth slightly thicker on one side (0.288" and 0.270"). Measure
your studs carefully. String holes and countersinks drilled very
close to the lower edge on this tailpice, see pictures. Excellent
original condition |

A single
nickel plated original Gibson stop tailpiece stud, 9/32" ear spacing.
The actual stud length is 7/8". This appears to be an
original 1" stud that was cut down to 7/8" for some reason.
Beautiful condition with near mint nickel plating. |

an IRC
500k pot. I have read that these were used in Gibson guitars, but
I can't really remember where I got this or what it may have been
installed in. The source material I have indicates IRC had a
different dating scheme than other pots and according to what I have,
this pot would be from 1961. The markings on the plastic part say
IRC, made in USA and the stamped markings on the side of the pot are
CTS 615 7604 500k A 6105
Does the A mean audio taper? Please email or call if you have
better info on this pot. |

a
stash of 70's excellent quality braided shielding single conductor,
0.105" OD. This wire is great for any project requiring braided
wire. It is close to, but is not the wire that Gibson used.
The braided shielding is tighter and the insulation is plastic
coated white cloth. I would not recommend this wire for any
vintage restoration, but it is the functional equivalent of the wire
Stew Mac sells, except this looks more authentic without the black
plastic over the braid. I have about 20 ft and I'll sell it for
the same price as Stew Mac, per foot |

From
some long forgotten humbucker pickup surgeries come these remnants:
one 5.5" and one 3" length of PAF pigtail with the correct paper
tape, as well as one 11" length of later shiny black plasticized tape.
I don't recall anything about these, I just found them in a film
canister going through stuff here. |

early
80's NOS Gibson nickel round head Phillips, 1/2" long. I think I
ordered these because they were slightly stronger than the flimsy ones
supplied with the Schaller tuning keys I used to install. Maybe
they are stronger, but I wouldn't really tighten them down, just to be
safe. 14 available, price each |

NOS
early 80's Gibson nickel humbucker polepiece screws. These look
good and are dimensionally correct. Bear in mind the beveled top
does not look anything like a PAF polepiece screw. Original
Gibson part # is 24-70268 (on the original parts envelope, the only
reason I know this trivia!)

original
Gibson 50's nickel tune-a-matic bridge saddle. This is the early
"chisel blade" version, that is there is no flat area on top of the
saddle. Of course 50's guitars had big flatwound strings, so this
one has a big groove in the saddle. Otherwise there is very
little wear on this item and the plating is excellent. |
